<p>This is the first phase in the HcG diet plan and this phase is typically for two days. During this stage the person who is dieting must consume rich food that has high caloric content. These calories behave as a reserve to fight the low calorie intake for the next 40 days. As per the original diet, the person must have ten to fifteen HcG drops three times each day. The dieter in this phase will be given the five hundred calorie diet that is the very low calorie diet (VLCD). The person who is dieting must not have more than five hundred calories a day as described in the weight loss manual. This is the most vital aspect of this HcG diet. <li>Cardio- 20 minutes</li>
<li>Leg Press &#8211;  4 warm up sets (50-75% of max) 10-12 reps, 4 sets to failure in 12-15 reps</li>
